Fetal Week 17-18 Myogenic Subset

Single cell transcriptomes of the skeletal muscle (SkM) lineage from hindlimbs of 17-18 week human fetuses. Cells are subjected to re-clustering to reveal potential heterogeneity within the myogenic subset. Two independent biological samples are included.

Juvenile Myogenic Subset

Single cell transcriptomes of the skeletal muscle (SkM) lineage from the gastrocnemius or quadriceps muscles of human juveniles. Cells are subjected to re-clustering to reveal potential heterogeneity within the myogenic subset. Two independent biological samples at 7 and 11 years old are included.

Juvenile Hindlimb Muscle

Single cell transcriptomes of the gastrocnemius or quadriceps muscles from human juveniles. Hematopoietic and endothelial cells are pre-excluded by FACS. Two independent biological samples at 7 and 11 years old are included.

Fetal Week 09 Myogenic Subset

Single cell transcriptomes of the skeletal muscle (SkM) lineage from hindlimbs of 9 week human fetuses. Cells are subjected to re-clustering to reveal potential heterogeneity within the myogenic subset. Two independent biological samples are included.

Embryonic Week 7-8 Myogenic Subset

Single cell transcriptomes of the skeletal muscle (SkM) lineage from hindlimbs of 7-8 week human embryos (Carnegie Stage: CS19-21). Cells are subjected to re-clustering to reveal potential heterogeneity within the myogenic subset. Three independent biological samples are included.

Embryonic Week 6-7 Myogenic Subset

Single cell transcriptomes of the skeletal muscle (SkM) lineage from hindlimbs of 6-7 week human embryos (Carnegie Stage: CS17-18). Cells are subjected to re-clustering to reveal potential heterogeneity within the myogenic subset. Four independent biological samples are included.

Embryonic Week 5-6 Myogenic Subset

Single cell transcriptomes of the skeletal muscle (SkM) lineage from the whole hindlimb buds of 5-6 week human embryos (Carnegie Stage: CS14-16). Cells are subjected to re-clustering to reveal potential heterogeneity within the myogenic subset. Four independent biological samples are included.
