In Vivo and In Vitro Multiple Protocols SMPCs and SCs
Single cell transcriptomes of hPSC-derived skeletal muscle progenitor cells (SMPCs; MP subpopulations from the myogenic subsets) obtained using three different protocols (HX protocol, Xi et al., Cell Rep, 2017; JC protocol, Chal et al., Nat Biotechnol, 2015; MS protocol, Shelton et al., Stem Cell Rep, 2014) are aligned to human prenatal SMPCs and postnatal juvenile and adult skeletal muscle stem cells (satellite cells; SCs).
