In Vivo and In Vitro HX Protocol SMPCs and SCs
Single cell transcriptomes of hPSC-derived skeletal muscle progenitor cells (SMPCs; MP subpopulations from the myogenic subsets) obtained using the HX protocol (Xi et al., Cell Rep, 2017) at different time points of differentiation are aligned to human prenatal SMPCs and postnatal juvenile and adult skeletal muscle stem cells (satellite cells; SCs).
