In Vivo SMPCs and SCs
Single cell transcriptomes of prenatal skeletal muscle progenitor cells (SMPCs; MP subpopulations from the myogenic subsets) from different stages of embryonic and fetal development as well as postnatal juvenile and adult skeletal muscle stem cells (satellite cells; SCs) are combined into a single dataset.
